Cast rolling blank ---- cold rolling - finishing straightening - slitting slitting - edge treatment - annealing.
1) The casting rolling process adopts 1070 aluminum alloy, the specification is 7.0*961mm, the grain size is 1, and the surface quality is good
2) Cold rolling process control, rolling pass is 3, from 7.07---4.2---2.8---1.9,

3) Slitting process. Strip to cold rolled products, tolerance +/-0.2mm
4) Edge processing, to achieve approximate arc edge, burr free.
5) Annealing process, the furnace temperature is 480 degrees, the holding time is 8h, the two furnace temperature is 420 degrees, and the holding time is 4h.
6) Test. Tensile strength, thickness tolerance, width tolerance, surface quality, burr free, electrical conductivity are qualified.
