Fiberglass insulation aluminum magnet wire is to wrap 1-2 layers of alkali-free glass fibers evenly on aluminium conductor according to customer's requirements. It is impregnated and baked with the required heat resistance index and compatible insulating paint to make the glass fibers and glass fibers and conductors bond together. At present, the temperature resistance index of this kind of products is 130, 155 and 155. 1803 grades, insulation thickness generally has 20, 30, 40, 50 four grades. This product is widely used in windings of transformers, electromagnets, welding machines or other similar electrical equipment. Electrotechnical bare aluminium conductor produced by extrusion process is the most ideal material for producing glass-wrapped aluminium wire.

Material Science:
 
Aluminum flat wire shall comply with GB5584.3-2009, and its resistivity at 20 C shall not exceed 0.0280_mm2/m.
 
 
Glass wire should be wrapped tightly and evenly on the conductor. The direction of wrapping of two layers of glass wire should be opposite. Moreover, the insulation thickness of double Fiberglass insulation aluminum magnet wire should conform to the following table. The insulation thickness of narrow side (B-b) should not be checked.
