Signi aluminum adopts aluminum alloy cast rolling strip. Through systematic tests on chemical composition, mechanical properties, electrical properties, microstructure and other aspects, the production process of CC quality 1060 Aluminum Coil Strip for transformer winding for dry-type transformer is determined.
 
The specification and thickness of the blank for production: 7.0mm, 8.5mm, the width of the blank: 830mm, the process flow: cast rolled blank - cold rolling - finishing and straightening - strip cutting - finished product annealing.


 
With the continuous change of annealing temperature, the tensile properties of the material at 320 ℃ have reached the expected goal. From the comparative analysis of conductivity, it can be seen that the conductivity of the finished products rolled with 8.5mm thick cast rolling billet is higher than that rolled with 7.0mm thick billet. This is because the relative undercooling of the cast rolling coil produced with 8.5mm thickness is reduced, the concentration of supersaturated solid solution obtained after cast rolling is relatively reduced, and the lattice distortion produced by metal is reduced, so the conductivity is relatively increased, thus meeting the purpose of reducing costs and using cast rolling coil to produce aluminum strip for dry-type transformer, It can fully meet the requirements of surface, mechanical properties and conductivity required by users. It can also be seen from table 4 that the conductivity of fully recrystallized state is higher than that of processed tissue. It can be seen from table 5 that at 0 ℃, 90 ℃ and 45 ℃, the yield ratio decreases with the increasing annealing temperature. When the temperature reaches 360 ~ 380 ℃, the yield ratio in all directions is not only the smallest but also the same.
 
 
With the increase of temperature, the internal structure changes from plastic deformation fiber structure to recrystallization structure. It can be seen from the polarizing photos that the metallographic structure changes into uniform and fine recrystallized structure at 300 ℃. At 340 ℃, the grains on the surface of aluminum begin to grow, and when the temperature reaches 380 ℃, the grains grow rapidly. The annealing temperature of the finished product is selected in the grain growth stage, because the grain size is large, the grain boundary is relatively reduced, the lattice distortion in the metal is relatively reduced, and the resistance of electron movement is relatively reduced, so the conductivity is relatively increased.
