Enameled copper clad aluminum wire is a new type of magnet wire that uses copper clad aluminum material as the inner conductor. Its characteristics are between copper and aluminum. It combines the excellent conductivity of copper and the light weight of aluminum, which can greatly reduce the cost of electrical windings. The surface is all pure copper, which overcomes the shortcomings of aluminum being easy to oxidize, corrode, and difficult to weld.

Features: Wire diameter specification: 0.06mm--2.5mm     Signi Aluminum has more than 100 sets of advanced equipment such as professional high-speed wire drawing machines, vacuum tube continuous annealing furnaces, and enameling machines. At the same time, the company has introduced direct weldability testers, automatic rebound testers, voltage testers, and enameled dielectric loss testers. A series of advanced testing equipment is required to ensure that the quality of products undergoes rigorous testing before each process and shipment. The company currently produces 500 tons of enameled wire per month.

Application areas of enameled copper clad aluminum wire:
1. High frequency transformer, ordinary transformer;
2. Inductance, electromagnetic coil;
3. Motors, including household motors, various micro motors, compressors and other motors with high environmental requirements;
4. Electromagnetic wire used for audio coil and optical drive;
5. Magnet wire for the deflection coil of the display;
6. Electromagnetic wire for degaussing coil; Conventional packaging: PT4, PT10, PT15, PT25
